Important Notice

Service disruption will occur on Wednesday April 10 2013, approximately between the hours of 12:00AM through 4:00AM EST, to upgrade critical infrastructure components.

Dotnet Services’ primary network is located at the Miami Data Vault (MDV) in Miami Florida. The MDV will be conducting a major upgrade to its redundant master Uninterruptible Power Systems during the outage.

The Network Core and most Dedicated Server customers with dual redundant power supplies should not experience a service disruption, as they will be running on an alternate power source. Most shared services such as: some email services and web hosting will be affected.

SVR3 Linux Web Server and Mail Services (Resolved)

Sauturday morning at 09:30AM SVR3 was rebooted for normal scheduled maintenance. Durring reboot file system was found to be corrupted. File system was repaired and and server is running in good health.

Blackberry Enterprise Server Service Down (Resolved)

Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) service is an addon product to Exchange Mailbox service. BES provides Exchange mail store syncronization with Blackberry handheld devices.

10:49 AM - Customer reported Blackberry mobile devices could not send and receive mail.

11:50 AM - BES service restored.
