How do I view my Exchange "Sent Items" on my BlackBerry?

If you are using our Blackberry Enterprise Service (BES), please do the following to view your Exchange "Sent Items":

1) From your messages, open the menu and select "Search".

2) Change "Search Type:" to "Remote".

3) Change "Service:" to "DESKTOP".

4) Change "Folder:" to "Sent Items"

5) You may additionally enter any other search criteria you wish.

6) Open menu and select "Search".

This action will download all "Sent Item" message headers that meet the search criteria. Once the search is complete you will be give the opportunity to save your search results. To view a message, select the message from the menu and select "Get Plain Text". This will download the message content so that it may be viewed.
