What are sub-domains?

A subdomain is a domain like http://support.yourdomain.com. You can create a sub-domain from within Plesk such as "support". This will create a folder called "support" in the "subdomains" directory (outside your httpdocs directory). Simply upload the content you want into that folder and access it by going to http://support.yourdomain.com.
