How can I use FTP?

There are many FTP clients that you can use to upload your website. Here is a free FTP client you can try: http://filezilla-project.org/

For hostname you should enter ftp.yourdomain.com

Enter the ftp login and password for your account.

You may also need default directory which would be /httpdocs.

To access your FTP through windows explorer, you can use the format ftp://username:password@domain.com in the address bar of windows explorer.
