How do I start using my new hosting account?

Once your order is processed you will receive a welcome. This e-mail includes your new account information and temporary URLs to access your web site while you await your domain name registration or transfer. Upon receiving your welcome e-mail you will immediately be able to begin uploading files to your new account.

You need to upload your web site to the /httpdocs folder.

The /httpdocs folder is also known as your web site’s root directory.

There are many FTP client programs  that you can use to upload your website.
When asked for  hostname you should enter ftp.yourdomain.com
Enter the ftp login and password for your account.
You may also need to specify the  default directory which would be /httpdocs

To access your FTP through windows explorer, you can use the format ftp://yourdomain.com in the address bar of windows explorer. You would then simply copy your web site files and paste them into the /httpdocs folder.
