How can I cancel my hosting package?

To cancel your account, please log into the Client Area at https://account.dotnet-services.net

There you may cancel any packages or services.

While logged into the Client area, click on "My Products & Services" then click on "Product Details". At the bottom of the screen click on the "request cancellation" button.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make 100% sure that you have copies of all your files before you submit a request for us to cancel your account. As soon as you submit your request to cancel your account, we stop the recurring transactions and then delete your account from the server you're on.
