1. Click tools on Outlook toolbar.
2. Select accounts from the drop down menu.
3. Select 'Add new Account'.
4. Select 'Add a new email account'.
5. Click next.
6. Select POP3.
7. Enter your display name in the Name field.
8. Enter your email address in the email field.
9. Enter your Account in the Login Information. This needs to be your entire email address. Outlook will fill this in with just the first part of the email address. Make sure you edit this to be the entire email address.
10. Enter mail.yourdomain.com for your incoming and outgoing mail servers.
11. Click next.
12. Click finish.
13. Click tools on the toolbar.
14. Click email accounts.
15. Select next.
16. Select the account that you just created.
17. Select change.
18. Click the more settings button.
19. Click the Outgoing Server Tab.
20. Click the 'My server requires outgoing authentication' checkbox.
21. Click OK.
22. Click Next.
22. Click Finish.
