How do I setup an autoresponder?




1. Login to your Plesk Control Panel.
2. Near the bottom of the page you will find a text link of your domain name. Click the domain.
3. A new screen will come up with various domain management options. Click the on Mail button.
4. You should see a a list of your current Email accounts. Click on the text link for the email account you want to setup the Auto responder.
5. Click the 'Autoresponders' button.
6. Click the 'Add New Autoresponder' button.
7. Enter the name of the Autoresponder in the field.
9. Supply the Request Text and Subject of the autoresponse.
10. Create the Reply text and 'Reply to Address' you wish the Autoresponder to send.
11. Select any limits if you wish the Autoresponder to stop responding due to something.
11. If you wish to attach any files to the response, select the 'Add New Attachment' button.
14. Make sure that the Autoresponder is enabled.
